I CANNOT LOG IN THE MOBILE APP. It say Invalid user or password. BUT I can log in METRO DIRECT WEBSITE using the same password and user ID. I have the same experience with user Jennifer of Tacloban city that gave review on 03/19/2022. The mobile application has the problem. FIX this please!!
A little bit easy to use.
I was once prohibited to transact. Now im using 2 mobile phones since i cant transact in my old cellphone. But overall just 3 stars.
Good at the beginning but the OTP is too delayed these days. :(
